Low Carb Soja Short Crust Pastry

Ingredients
- Soja bean flour - 120 g
- Rice flour - 60 g
- Psyllium husk powder - 1 tbsp
- Xanthan gum - 1 tsp
- Butter (cubed & cold) - 60 g
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Egg - 1
- Water - 25ml
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine soja flour, rice flour, psyllium powder, xanthan gum, butter, oil & salt in processor and pulse for 10 secs
- Add egg & water and pulse until it starts to combine
- Remove from processor, bring together and refrigerate 20 mins
- Remove from fridge, wait 5 mins and roll to required thickness
Optional Ingredients
- Yellow Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Pumpkin powder - 2 tbsp
